MB&F Horological Machine No. 9'HM9' process watch debut
Today, Geneva-based MB&F is the first to launch its ninth iteration of its Horological Machine collection, which includes MB&F HM9 Flow Air and HM9 Flow Road. These are high-limit models with the same platform, but there are some differences in appearance between them. We see MB&F's long-standing interest in vehicle-inspired avant-garde timepieces, as well as new initiatives for wearable, dynamic art at an affordable $200,000 price.
The curved case of MB&F HM9 Flow was inspired by the aerodynamic performance of the 1940s and 1950s. The beveled lines on the side cabinets are reminiscent of the wind tunnel design machine and its outer casing. MB&F attempts to attract fans of the automotive and aerospace worlds, as each version of the HM9 dial presents a variety of themes. For example, the MB&F HM9 Flow Air has a pilot-style dial (and a dark movement), and the dial of the MB&F HM9 Flow Road is inspired by the car's speedometer dial and features a rose gold-plated movement.
In many ways, MB&F HM9 Flow can be seen as a combination of MB&F HM4 and MB&F HM6 Space Pirate. This includes a curved case, the overall theme, a style that indicates time, and the theme structure of the movement. Having said that, the MB&F HM9 Flow includes all original components, including the one developed by MB&F. As a piece of art, the HM9's "engine" has a cute design and has hours and minutes on a single traditional dial. An interesting element of the manual winding mechanism is the inclusion of a double balance wheel. Visible through their own sapphire crystal windows, the double balance wheel provides an impressive and impressive animation experience. It can be seen that the watch itself seems to move constantly because the opposite balance has a significant replica Hublot Mp 05 LAFERRARI 905.ND.0001.RX Watch
From the timepiece, the two balance wheels will be connected to the same train via the differential. The results of each regulatory agency's operations will be averaged - theoretically providing greater accuracy (assuming the watch begins to be properly regulated). This is simpler and more straightforward than other types of multi-balance wheel watches produced by MB&F (eg Legacy Machine 2). For example, the LM2 watch is an exercise of two very close balance wheels that produces a coordinated "resonance" effect between the operating frequencies of the two balance wheels. In the MB&F HM9, the balance wheels are too far apart from each other and no resonance effect occurs. As I said, their operations are independent, and their timing is to show the average of the current time.
The movement consists of 301 parts, hand-wound, power reserve for 45 hours, operating at 2.5 Hz or 18,000 bph (each balance). Artistic features abound, including hand-polished balance arms (reminiscent of the MB&F Legacy Machine model) and the MB&F Tomahawk logo. A unique bevel gear system is well visible and developed to power the horizontally displayed dial to inform time. As mentioned above, the movements of the two MB&F HM9 Flow models are slightly different, as the HM9 Flow Air will be dark grey and the HM9 Flow Road will be coated with rose gold for different colors.
On the wrist, I think the MB&F HM9 Flow is very similar to the MB&F HM4. That is, the watch on the side looks like some type of airplane sitting on your wrist. Don't forget that the MB&F HM5 also has a side display - although this is more like the inspiration for the car "driver's watch". The case of the MB&F HM9 is entirely made of titanium and consists of a series of curved sapphire crystal windows. MB&F focuses on the wear resistance of the HM9 case, which can be very comfortable, as the weird design can be very uncomfortable. MB&F is proud to be able to design this package size into a compact housing that is 47 mm wide, 23 mm thick and 57 mm lug to case. I am very much looking forward to putting one of them on my wrist. The case is water resistant to 30 meters and consists of 43 parts. Attached to the case is a custom brown calfskin replica Richard Mille RM 012 watches
I think MB&F Horological Machine No. 9 Flow will be more interesting than a formal marketing shot. It is said that like many MB&F products, its appeal will become a taste issue. Technically and structurally, most watch enthusiasts agree that MB&F has it all, but given the niche nature of the design, we know that some people will like HM9 while others will not find that their aesthetic design fits their taste. Again, this initial HM9 watch has only 66 pieces. I don't think MB&F will find the ready watch right away. MB&F will again produce 33 limited edition MB&F HM9 Flow Air and HM9 Flow Road.
What is the flow rate of MB&F and the 9th watch machine that sells for $182,000?
Today, MB&F launched the No. 9 clock machine, nicknamed Flow. The watch machine comes with two limited edition titanium versions, just like all MB&F space ages, three-dimensional artwork - not disappointing. However, the most important question is that MB&F is a bit too much in the design of Flow?
The answer is of course no. MB&F didn't go too far. For those who know Max Busser like me, you know that his dream in the watchmaking industry is to create artistic time - as a mechanical sculpture, bringing the love of cars and aviation in childhood to an unprecedented height. As a child, Busser's original dream was to design a car. For a variety of reasons, this choice did not materialize, but it did not prevent Busser from realizing his ideas in the serious and far-sighted timepieces of MB&F watches.
Taking into account the past MB&F performance, the watch world expects the HM 9 to be very complex, and this watch - Flow - cleverly combines conspiracy, complex inventions, diverse complexity and top Swiss craftsmanship. Do we expect this young person (MB&F was founded in 2005) to have a very successful independent watch brand? It takes four years from concept to achievement, and three years of research and development, HM9 guarantees to be a coveted collector.Review cheap replica watches
While MB&F news materials show that the aerodynamic HM9 is inspired by the contours of airplanes and cars in the mid-20th century, true MB&F fans will see this dramatic look and a little sought after for the brand's beloved Thunderbolt machine. In fact, Flow has a very interesting case shape with sharp angles, wide curves and juxtaposed conical shapes. The HM9 features a driving style with an hour/minute dial on the side of the watch and a large central cone with curved sapphire crystal for viewing the planetary differential of the watch. On both sides of the center cone are inverted shape cones with sapphire crystals, showing a new internally built double wind with manual wind movement.
So complicated is the new case of HM 9 that MB&F's manufacturing partners said could not be completed. MB&F continually answered “no” and eventually created new technology for machining and milling the ingenious and dramatic HM9. The satin and polished finished case have a height difference of up to 10 mm in some parts. In addition, because HM9 is very complex, MB&F must develop a special three-dimensional gasket to ensure its water resistance. Even this patented gasket is in the development phase for a long time.
As mentioned above, the HM9 movement has been in development for three years and is entirely manufactured in-house. The movement uses a double balance of the differential, similar to the system in the Legacy Machine N0. 2. However, in HM9, the two balances are separate pulses and separations so that they beat each at 2.hHZ's own rhythm to achieve two sets of timing data, then differentially shifted to produce an average stable, stable reading.
MB&F is creating two versions of the HM9, Flow, and machines - all made of titanium. The difference between the two is the dial and the movement color. The Air version features a dark movement and a pilot's dial. The Road version features a rose gold-plated movement and a speedometer dial. Each HM9 is limited to 33 pieces.replica Patek Philippe GRANDMASTER CHIME 175TH ANNIVERSARY LIMITED EDITION Watch
